  • By signing this form, I agree that the following statements are true:

    • All deliverables required in this project have been met
    • The project has been tested by a representative of the above-mentioned company, and all changes and bugs have been provided to Human Pixel
    • Human Pixel have made the required changes and/or remedied all of bugs raised
    • There are no further items to complete on this project
    On signing of this form, the project will be moved from an Active development project to a Support project, the final invoice will be issued, and after payment, training will be booked and conducted. Please note that further changes to this project which are not explicitly covered under the original project scope may incur additional charges. The Warranty period for this project will commence on the date of submission of this form.

    Some of the deliverables in this project involve work on Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, SuiteCRM, Australia Post Digital ID or other systems which are not controlled by Human Pixel. This form is required to be completed prior to transfer of control of external systems to the client.
