By signing this form, I accept the following risks, and understand:

• That accessing the file system or database of the project may invalidate the Warranty of the Project if any changes are made to files or database in the system
• That any modifications made to the file system or database which compromise the integrity of the file system, and which cause the website or software to no longer function either partially or completely are not covered by Warranty, and would result in charges on an hourly basis to repair
• That the only remediation offered at no charge by Human Pixel is the restoring of a previous backup to fix problems caused by modifications to files
